 I bought this printer about 8 month ago but about a week ago it refuse to turn on.

Please help i took the printer to a local HP agent who diagnois that the power board is damaged and i should seek to have the printer replaced

Hello wilton1,

 

I noticed your post about your Officejet 4500 refusing to turn on. I can see that you had spoken with a local HP agent who had recommended a replacement.

 

I would suggest calling HP's Technical Support to inquire about a replacement if you are still under warranty. If you no longer have warranty, you may qualify for a trade in.
