Thanks for the post! What is your operating system and what can you tell us about the problem you are experiencing.

Thanks Use windows Vista. Printer says no paper but has paper in the tray. Did all the steps I was told to do in the previous posts and even used Print&Scan Doctor which found nothing wrong with the printer. However it still will not print  . Can hear it trying to print but doesnt print  still get the message no paper . Think now the machine needs servicing or buy a new one.

Been through all those steps and nothing worked. Printer still wont print. Sounds like it is trying to but nothing happens. Stll says no paper  when there is paper. Thanks anyway for all your help but I think the printer is toast!. Probably can buy one cheaper than getting it serviced.
