An error occurred sending the scanned images to . All-in-one F4135

I'm in a mayor problem here that sort of needs to be fixed fast.

I have this All in one Deskjet that worked perfectly fine (Except for the fact that the installation window came up, no biggie) but lately, when I try to scan, it does so but that error from the title comes

I saw it and went to the properties to try and change the pace where is to head (scan folder) but... there are no options to choose from, nor any way to type the address there.

I tryied installing (without uninstalling) the software but didn't go any good either.

I don't know if this is related, but this computer has 4 users, none of them can scan either.

 

So, that's basically my problem. Thanks for your answers in advance!
