B210a only gives partial scanof the page...?

I'm scanning from B210 a to computer via airport (mac) and it only scans part of the page. It has worked once..but now doesn't. Any ideas? I did have to reload the software recently because the proper print/scan dialogue didn't appear in the print/scan window. Hopefully, this isn't reason. Everything else works fine.
