I'm trying to scan a multiple page document and save it as a .tif file. Here are the steps I take and fail...
1. Open HP Solution Center
2. Select Scan a Document
3. Select Document to TIF File
4. Select Ok
- Solution Center pops and scans all three pages. Results are displayed in the Final Images section and I can view each page.
5. Select Finish
- Solution Center saves the file to the destination folder.
6. Open newly created file to see only one page.
Why can't I get all three pages saved under one file? What am I doing wrong? I tried selecting all three pages before hitting Finish but there doesn't seem to be a way to highlight all three.

Sorry, I have the same problem and I can't find a solution anywhere.
I tried HP's website but it is such an abomination of a mess there, when trying to find out solutions to problems.
They tell me that I don't need software from HP to use my printer as I can get it from Apple???
I'm using Image Capture as my scan software as other HP software just doesn't work on Macs and Image capture has no setting for multiple documents, even when I use the Document Feeder.

I have just discovered a solution to this problem today.
You can scan multiple documents from the document feeder into one scan, as a PDF file.
Just choose PDF as the scan format and then a little box will appear that says "Combine all pages into a single file" and you just put a check in that box.
