I am supporting a printer our staff uses for scanning. I have set up the scan profile from the hp solution center on the users computer in scan settings to have the user select their account from the LCD on the printer then the scan will send an e-mail attached jpg to their inbox. I have tested and it works fine. The problem is these profiles scan profiles keep dissappearing from the printer. In my testing I found if you power the printer off it clears all scan profiles. Shouldn't the printer keep these settings?
Its windows XP with the full solution driver software (CM1312series-full-solution-AM-EMEA1) connected over the company network with static IP.
