Hallo!

I can't print. The machine start but the papper are not moveing. It said it no papper in it, but it is papper in the box.

I have download new drivesr from HP, and also follow all yuor rutins with papper, cleaning rubber wheels, and taked out the electric cord and restart the printer after 15 sec or 30 sec etc...

 

Printer: HP Photosmart 7520, serie [Personal Information Removed], buyed 12-02-2015

Thanks for the post. 

 

I see you are facing an issue with your printer not accepting the paper. Happy to help. 

Have you tried a different size paper?

Kudos to you for check the paper guides and cleaning the rollers.

 

Recommend you to check the paper setting on the computer or application you are using on the computer. Refer to this HP Article

Also, try to perform a firmware on the printer and check if it resolves the issue. 

If the issue persists, please contact our phone support for the service options.

The solution was bad because i buyed the same but old printer for cheap money. And now I have more problems.
The Eprint didnt work after installation of new drivers in my 7525 printer and the support said they couldt hela me.
Bad PR for HP!!

Thanks for the reply, for ePrint to work the printer needs to be connected to your wireless network and the web services on the printer front panel need to be enabled. Refer to this article for assistance. 

Please share the screenshot of the error you are receiving.

I have read the artcle and the problem its still there.
I have my Photosmart 7520 and no Eprint, thats it!
How difficult will it be?
