Color copies printing horizontal color lines on HP Officejet Pro 8600.

Only color copies are affected. Colored lines are ~1" apart throughout page, but on copied pictures they are ~1/16" apart & multicolor. Copying B/W pictures & docs is fine. Printing color pictures & docs is fine. What's going on and how do I fix this? Thx

Hello SQD

I would try performing a firmware update. Let me know if anything changes or not.

Thanks for responding Travis C.  I called Tech Support (needed feature ASAP) and it was solved by simply unplugging for a minute, while printer is on, then plugging back in - a simple reboot I should have thought of, but is solved none-the-less and maybe this posting will help someone else along the way. :smileyhappy:
