Copy/Print Problems with L7680

I have an HP L7680 AIO.  I am having a copy/print problem.  In particular when I copy or print in B&W using low or medium print quality, the result is striped with alternating black and yellow stripes (approx 1" wide).  If I set print quality to high or print in color, the results are OK.  I have installed new cartridges and examined the print heads for obvious damage or wear (saw nothing).

 

Any thoughts?
