Hello~
When trying to copy a document, my printer will only copy a document the first time.
After pressing the corresponding side button afterwards (for example, I want to print another), "Black/Color Copy x1" will only appear for a few seconds, then reset to "x0" without any progress.
If I restart the printer, then it'll print again, but only the first time. It's getting to be an hassle especially if I want to print several documents.
Please help, and thanks in advance, Na

There are 2 buttons, one with "black copy" and one with "color copy" with 0 or "Zeroes" next to them. You push the one you want, and a "1" appears inside the "zero", paper feeds thru, and it makes a copy. Except now, when you push the button, the "1" appears only briefly, then disappears and becomes a "zero" again, paper does not feed, and machine does not copy or react in any way. I look forward to your response, thanks
