Deskjet 3050 all-in-one - copy issue

My Descjet 3050 stop doing copy, printing and scanning from the computer works OK , but 

when I click copy (black or color no matter) it just show on screen x1 and then x0 with no action at all
This is obviously software issue, because all hardware (printer and scanner work well)

 

I see many messages about this issue here, with no answers from HP. Why you ignore this issue?

 

I bought this device as printer, scanner and copier but instead get only printer and scanner.

 

Please provide firmware update that fix this issue.
