Do I need a phone line for Fax to PC on OfficeJet 4500 Wireless? Or can I use my wireless network?

This may seem like a silly question, but I have an HP OfficeJet 4500 G510n Wireless All-in-One and am using a laptop that runs on Windows Vista 32 bit, and is connected to a wireless network... Do I need to connect to my phone line with a phone cord to use Fax to PC or can I run the Fax to PC option wirelessly over my wireless network connection? I run my small business from home, and my home phone line gets alot of use, so if I could direct all my faxes immediately to my PC without the home phone needing to be available, it would be phenomenal! Please help :smileyhappy:

HI,

 

As the faxes are recieved on the phone line, yes you need the phone line.
