Envy 100, wont copy only produces full black ink page

Can you help - when i try to copy and ask for a preview, it shows a solid black page, which then prints out same way. Does same when you try to preview a page to scan

What happens when you print to the printer?

It works just fine when I send a document to print from the pc to the printer
