Error message Officejet Pro 8500 scaning

When I try to scan an item on my Officejet Pro 8500a, I get the error message; Microsoft Visual C++Runtime Library. Runtime Error! Program: c\Program files\HP\Digital Imaging\bib\hpqkygrp.exe.

 

The I get the following message; This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the application's team for more information.

 

Can you help me or who do I contact?

I found a solution. I uninstalled the software and reinstalled.
