Fax Modem Missing after Re -installation

Hi ,

I have a Mac lion , but few days ago I forgot my administrator password was not able to logging - so I had to Re -Install lion and the Printer Software also but  the fax Modem Bluetooth Dun was missing didn't install or was not on the installation package , so I can't fax from my Mac just manually from the printer , How can I recover the fax Modem and ?
