File Conversions from Scans - in Windows 7 with OfficeJet J4550 printer software

Once I have edited text from a scanned image (a business card in this case) in MS Word with (built-in) O.C.R. software, how can I then convert back to an image file - or can I??   I am trying to update my address on my business card and leave all the rest unchanged and then save as a jpeg or bmp file type so I can either print or send to printing company like VistaPrint.  HELP??!!  Thanks!
