I likewise, cannot scan from the printer.  I have to open HP solutions on the PC.  It also arbitrarily cancels print jobs in the middle of printing!  Not good.  Any ideas would be great.  I own 3 HP computers and 2 HP printers.  The printer in question is on the home network and can be accessed wirelessly, you just can scan from the printer to the networked computers

No.  The issues I reported (i.e., not rendering page 2) happened, even though I HAD changed the paper size.

Thanks!  It worked.  The only thing I did differently was to go to the HP site instead of the fileshare link and get the 14full version.  I just haven't made sure it doesn't cancel my second page of a print job.  Well done

Hi,

I am having the same problem and have followed your instructions. The exe file stated that it does not find a scanner. I do not know what to do from here. It recognizes the printer and I can print regular documents, photos, make copies and fax. But it will not scan.
