HP Deskjet 3054A All in one CR235B and a Mac OS X 10.7.2
Error message when I try to scan is: Computer not found...I am able to print, however.
No changes have been made to my computer since it was installed.

I have the same problem. Whether I try wireless or USB connection, it will not scan. I would like to hear when someone has a resolution. I cannot find an answer anywhere.

I do run a pc with Win 7 Home edition – and have mounted a HP Deskjet 3054A.
The printer works fine, as well as the “copy” button - but scanning to the computer does not work at all – pressing the scan button at the Deskjet panel only tells me “Computer Not Found. Ensure the HP software has been installed on the computer”.
The installation DVD which came along with it tells “HP Deskjet 3050A All-in-one J611 Series”, for Windows XP, Vista, 7 - version 24.1.0 .
Please, any suggestions what to do ?
