Hello dofff
The Deskjet F4580 should have a HP Solution Center Icon on your desktop rather than a printer icon. Inside solution center when scanning to PDF there will be an Add(+)/Remove(-) buttons to add or remove pages. Some printers don't support scanning multiple pages at higher resolutions so if you don't see the option try changing the dpi to 300.
When a solution is found please mark the post that solves your issue.
