HP Deskjet K209g - Only Paper Size shown as US Letter.... in HP Solution Center - Make Copies

Yes, if you notice mine and ur Red Box marked screenshot it shows just as it means - Actual size and 100% sizing, which is default setting I used. In those options there is no way of setting size to A4.

Pls guide me how to set to A4.

Yes, What i want you to do is use the custom size option instead of the actual size option.

But that reduces the actual size of document i.e., < 100%. What to do when my requirement is size to size copies. I feel this has to be code fixed.

What happens when you make a copy of the documents from the printer instead of the using the software?

As I hav mentioned in my very FIRST Posting when I make directly from the printer, it does not Truncate Text/ Data at bottom.

Before u ask :-) I use S/w to make copies instead of direct printer - is to make copies in draft mode to save ink, whereas direct prints in Normsl mode.

MY SUGGESTION TO YOU: as you are from HP, pls install K209g and chk out as per my first posting & subsequent discussions. Then we can move towards providing solution or fixing the S/w bug.

Pls provide solution ASAP, discussions are going on from 6th Mar-2012. It's pretty long time for issue resolution.

When you installed the printer did you use the CD that came with the printer or did you download the software and drivers from the HP website?

Can you provide me the version of software you are currently using?

I hav installed from Original CD given by HP along with my Printer that I purchased from Authorized HP Retailer on 2-Feb-2012. Software version is 14.1.0 for Windows XP, Vista and 7. If u need anyother info, pls list out all possible questions, so I can answer in One-Go and save us time.
