HP Deskjet K209g - Only Paper Size shown as US Letter.... in HP Solution Center - Make Copies

Hi Everyone,

I have installed Printer HP Deskjet K209g, on my PC (with Win XP) - when I Make Copy Directly from Printer all the matter on A4 size paper is printed on the copied A4 sheet, but when I use in HP Solution Center to Make Copies, it shows Paper Size of Only US Letter, because of which the Original A4 size paper's Text/Data is CUT-OFF at the bottom of sheet in the copied sheet.

I searched in the User Guide, and also on the HP Website but did not find solution on how to change the Paper Size to A4 or any other sizes - that are available to us while printing a document thru Printer Properties or Directly through the Printer. And the User Guide is not very helpful in terms of being printer specific.

Please let me know if you have a solution or HP should fix it if its a bug.

What application are you using to print?

When you look in the printer preferences there is no option for A4 paper size. Is this correct?

What is the operating system on your computer?

Like mentioned in my Query,
1. HP Solution Centre - Make Copies Option
2. On Make Copies Screen - I am unable to change Paper Size (no option available except US Letter in DropDown.
3. Windows XP Professional

When you print from a application do you have the options to print on different size media?

Will you capture a screenshot of the Solution Center US letter only option, and then post it to this thread?

Yes, when I print through any application, I do get options to choose different Paper Sizes like A4, Letter etc.,

FIND attached the screen shot of the Make Copies Window and the options showing SIZE - US Letter in the dropdown option. Hope this helps in you solving the issue
