HP J4680 - copy function does not print complete page

When I scan I can capture a complete 8 1/2 x 11 document. When I copy, either BxW or Color, I only get 1/2 of page. It also shoots out a complete blank page prior to starting to print only 1/2 of the page.

Hello PMULLER

 

Are you making copies from the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) or the flatbed? Have you tried the other? Since scanning is fine it sounds like a setting on the printer itself is set incorrectly.

 

Go to the Copy settings for either B & W or Color. Under the option Reduce/Enlarge what option is selected and under Copy Paper Size what paper type is set?
