HP Laser jet 3380 scanner problem

Hi There

 

One of our clients have 2 x HP Laserjet 3380 all in one printer/scanners.  The printers are connected locally to each pc via usb and then shared & listed in the windows sbs R2 directory for everyone to access.  Everyone can print without any problem but the scanner will not work at all.  I have tried to reinstall the latest drivers a few times and have even installed some scan fix softare from your website but unfotunately neither printer will allow use of there scanners.

 

Please can you tell me if there is a solution to this problem?
