HP Officejet Pro L7680 - Scan Menu

Hi - the scan menu used to give several options including "scan to file" - now the menu only offers: 1. Scan & print 2. Scan to memory device - - how do I get the full menu back ?

Try running the Scan Diagnostic Utility and fix any issues that arise.  www.hp.com/go/tools

I downloaded this tool, but in my case, it just show me print dr. and I can't scan from my laptop or my pc. please help urgent thanks a lot.

@Monny, when you downloaded the print and scan doctor, what happened?

Did it find your printer?
Did it give you all green checks, or any red "x"?
When you try to scan, does the computer give you an error message?

Thanks for helping me, ok, yes it finds my printer, is networking connected, but after click next it just appears fix printing and just after just said print test page, but my printer is working really good, is it just the scanner does not work at all.

hey (monny), try to uninstall your software on the computer and then re-install. It seems that your scanner software isn't working properly.

after installing L7680 on Windows 8, only have two items on scan menu . . . not 7.  Problem is that there is no "email" option on menu.  I've tried everything.  HELP!!!
