HP Photosmart 7510 All-in-One (Scan seems to be zoomed into the top right corner, cant back it out)

I am having issuses scanning anything with my HP Photosmart 7510 all in one printer. Anytime I try to scan something, the product end up being the upper right corner of whatever I was attempting to scan. Any help on getting the zoom to back out would be appreciated.

Look at this document, it may help you change the settings for scanning (size, zoom, preview etc...) effectively:
