Hi

HP Photosmart 7510 C311A or CQ877B;

I have just bought & installed above, all working well.

Except eFax.

I have registered with ePrint.

But when I try to register with eFax from the AIO from panel, I get the error that my postcode is not correct, even though it is!

I have setup the WiFi and the blue led is on all the time when the AIO in switched on.

I am resident in Jersey, GB, UK.

Please help!

I don't know if this is the issue, but just a thought here. If you go into setup (printer control panel), preferences, then region/country, is it set for UK? If it is not, I could see the post code being a problem. Like I said, just a thought.

Brilliant!

You are correct, for some reason when I installed the AIO, I was given only the option as "Europe" but just checked it and changed it to UK (England) and then eFax let me get registered!!!
