HP Photosmart C7280 All-in-One, ink system has failed. Unable to copy,receive faxes. Error 0x19a0035

I keep getting error messages on the display of the cartridges all-in-one printer. It is either ink system failure or unable to send or receive faxes.  I shut down the printer and the messages keep reappearing.  I have tried the fixes of removing the usb,power cord, ink cartridges turning on and off. Message will reappear.  I have followed documentation from both the forum and HP website, nothing works. Sure could use some help.
