I am receiving the following error message when I attempt a scan. Runtime to terminate was ended in an unusual manner.

It sounds like the installation of the Solution Center (Cue) software has become corrupt. This can happen from time to time for many reasons, but I have the steps to uninstall the software and re-install. I will provide this information below.
