Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

The HP Printer Assistant no longer shows the "Scan" choices, just "Print" choices i..e "Connect Printer.   Where did that go?  I was doing some printer clean-up via the Utilities--did I "lose"it?   How can I get it back?

Just did the download.   Which option should I check in the "Printers Setup & Software box.   "Connect to a new printer", which it isn't new or "Convert a USB connected printer to wireless", even though my printer is currently wireless since it can print pages wirelessly.  Thanks.
