When using the HP Solution Center program to scan documents on my HP Photoscan C6380 All-in-One printer some of the pages in the program are in a different language (Norwegian???). What settings do I change in the program to have all pages in English?

What you will have to do is uninstall the software from your computer, make sure all of your language settings on the computer are all set to English, and reinstall the software from a fresh download. Let me know the connection type and the OS you're using and I can get you specific instruction and link the download that you would need. That should get everything back to normal. Let me know what happens.

I thought I did the uninstall and language check once before without success but I must not have done it correctly. Maybe you can tell me how to do it.
My OS is Windows XP.
I don't know what you mean by 'connection type' but I am connected to COMCAST via a Lynxsys router.

I was referring to how the printer is connected to the computer, but the steps are similar regardless of the connection type. First, to uninstall, just follow the steps here. Make sure you get everything uninstalled that you can. Next you'll need to check the language settings in Windows.
To check the language settings in Windows:
- Click on the start menu.
- Click on control panel.
- Make sure control panel is in catagory view.
- Click on 'Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options.'
- Click on 'Regional and Language Options.'
- Go through every tab and sub-menu and make sure everything is set to English. US English if it gives you different options.
Once you've made sure that the language settings are correct and before you do a reinstall, do a registry clean up. You can do one by hand, but I recommend using a tool. I use the one found here, but you can use one your comfortable with, if you choose to use one at all. Once the registry is cleaned up, restart the computer. Once that's done go through with the reinstall using this download. Let me know what happens.
