Having problem with scan

Hi,I used my hp deskjet f 2480 to my another laptop.After that  whenever I try to scan an error message is appear,shows  'some other computer using this image device' somethig like that.I use HP scan diagnostic utility to solve my problem.But its not work.Can anyone have solutions for this.Please please help me.............I'm in big trouble...

N:B:my scaner used to work properly.before i use my another laptop.

Try the following article. It should help resolve your problem. If you continue to have the same problem please include the operating systems of both computers and how the printer is connected to them.

Another program has control of the scanner
