Product name: HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One
Operating System: Mac OS 10.7.5 (Lion)
Error message: 005FBB6 on the screen of the printer
No changes: everything works just fine while printing but not possible to scan (either with USB cable or with the Bonjour protocol).

I am sorry that you are having that issue with the printer. Here is a document that addresses general alphanumeric codes for your model of printer. It will show you how to reset the printer in an attempt to clear that error code. I hope that this helps.
