I set up a pin for use before scanning to email.  However, I seem to have forgotten the pin or at least the printer does not recognise the pin I put in so I need to change the pin.  How do I do that?   thanks.

Remove the PIN requirement:

Printer Assistant (shortcut on the Desktop) > tab Print, Scan, and Fax >

Scan to Email Wizard >

Outgoing Email Profiles > Add, Edit, or Delete Email address profile(s)

Select your Profile > Clear boxes to remove PIN
