Hp Photosmart D110 won't scan , getting the lcd update required message

Getting the LCD upgrade message,  read numerous options, still cannot get it to scan.  Firmware version is: TUL1FN1044AR

I too have the same exact problem....will not copy....goes back to home screen....can not view a printer status report. I see over 1900 people have viewed this post topic. must be a major problem. Any one find the solution yet???

Thanks for the post.  With this one, can you scan?  Does the D110 print ok?  We may have something else going on here.  I've included a couple of links below with some great t-shooting steps.  Good Luck!

D11A  printer wont copy, am routed back to main menu when trying to get copy , also routed back to main menu when trying to get status report as suggested in another post.

I am having the same sequence of problems. The D 110 will print from the computer but will not copy and routes back to the main menu. Attempts to pull the printer status report also routes back to the main menu. Any suggestions?
