I can't with downloaded driver Window7 for HP Officejet 6310 All-in-One use Fax and Scan

I was using HP Officejet 6310 All-in-One for printing, scaning and faxing with Dell XP computer. Recently I purchased Dell Laptop XPS 17 Window 64 bits. Because this printer is not compatible with Window 7 I downloaded driver Window 7 for this Printer. Now I can Print but I can not Fax and Scan. Please, advice me. Thank you.

Did you download the full feature driver and software package for your printer?

That should contain the software for scanning and faxing.

It works and now I have Scan also; however this Download does not include Fax.
