I cannot send or receive faxes on my CLJ 1312

I have a CLJ 1312nfi MFP. Periodically, I have to restore the defaults on the machine to get it functioning properly again. Within the last few days, though, every time I send a fax, the machine freezes and reboots itself, usually as the line is connecting on the other end. When I receive a fax, the screen simply reads "Incoming Call", and will stay in the state until I turn the power off. No fax is ever received. I've restored the defaults, updated the firmware, performed a hard reset, all with no improvement . Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

The product you have is a commercial printer. If you are still experiencing problems I suggest posting in the HP Business Support forum for a better chance at finding a solution.
