How can I stop the Fax from printing a report every time I send a Fax?

If the printer is on the network, use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to switch off reports:

 

Open your favorite browser > type / enter the printer IP address in the URL / address bar >

Fax > Settings > Advanced Fax Settings

Edit the settings for Fax Confirmation and Fax Error Reporting as desired > 

Click Apply to save the new settings
