All of a sudden - after a very long time - my scaner is not working on my Office Jet 7210 All-in-one -- I have disconnected it, reinstalled software. turned it on and off numerous times, yet nothing seems to resolve the problem.. I am totally annoyed. This has happened in the past and I've done exactly what I did when it happened before, yet it's not resolved.
It tells me I need to ru "device Feature" - no idea what that means. I need help w/this....pronto!!!!!
