I'm in the market for an all-in-one to print, scan and copy. Scan must use OCR. Recommendations?

I'm in the market for an all-in-one to print, scan and copy. Scan must use OCR to scan into Word or text. Wireless would be good but I don't need to fax or use Pictbridge. My main computer is Win 7 but I also run two XP computers. Recommendations?

 

My old printer, HP Photosmart C4580, does scan to OCR after I added additional software -- with great difficulty -- but isn't happy with Win 7.
