J6450 - J6400 series - HP Document Manager software - Continuous document from multiple scans?

How do I create a continuous document from multiple scans?

 

The help files for the HP Document Manager software that came with my J6450 don't seem to address this question.

 

My ultimate goal is to print documents to .pdf with multiple scans combined to form large documents. I have a .pdf printer driver.
