Hi pcwizard,
The file that needs to be posted on the drivers page is called "ScanTo.msi" - that is the file that users can install separately and enables PDF scanning on Win7 64 bit. From there, the user needs a shortcut targeting the ScanTo application:
Target: "C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\HP LaserJet M1319 MFP Series\Scan To\hppscan0.exe"
Start in: "C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\HP LaserJet M1319 MFP Series\Scan To"
Anyway, this is what worked for us.

I don't have a HP folder under Programs, in fact I can't find where the application file resides for the printer. When I installed the program from ljM1319-hb-pnp-win64-en.exe it did not put an icon on the desktop or an HP folders under All programs.

pcwizard or bosque,
Do you have a place I could upload the file that fixes the problem? Or, the files are small, I could email them to you.

Hi bosque71,
After installing this printer on my system I have noticed that the host based driver doesn't support scan to PDF. Couple options you can use are scan a document using Microsoft Word, and then save as a PDF file. The other option is to scan using Adobe Acrobat which would automatically save the scanned image as a PDF file.

If you could email them to me I'll see if that solves my problem. My email is: {Removed for privacy}
Don't have the full version of Accrobat just the reader and when I tried MS Word, got a partial image (it had been clipped on the sides. Thanks for your help.

Hi bosque71,
Thank you for the update. I wish I would have had better news, but the full feature software for Win 7 32-bit which would have the option for scan to PDF will not work with Win 7 64-Bit. The only option you have is to use Adobe or Word to save as a .pdf file. Have a wonderful day.

I think ScanTo.msi is part of the executable on the full software solution (hp_LJM1319_Full_Solution-v5.0 .... 100+ MB) that is available to download for XP. After the software has been fully installed, it's buried in there. If you need me to check, let me know.
Otherwise, just post your email address and I'll send you the file I'm talking about.

The fix worked. The 64 bit solution works just like XP HP Twain and allows you to save single or multiple pages to a PDF doc. Thank you very much.
