No Fax Cover Paages With OfficeJet Pro L7590?

Hi Everybody, 

 

I recently purchased an OfficeJet Pro L7590 and it doesn't seem to come with any fax cover pages.  I found a nice 3rd party program (RKS Fax) and have both MS Word and Works, so there are alternatives; however, I would prefer to use one within the printer software or HP Solution Center but haven't come across anything..

 

Can someone please guide me?  Am I missing something?  Thanks in advance for any help.

This printer does come with the Fax Cover Pages , but mine recently stopped working I have contacted HP for a fix but they have not been able to give me a fix for this. Now they are telling me that the feature was not available. And I told them yes it was , I have cover pages that where made using the HP Solution Software.

I purchased a psc 6310 that was able to send fax cover pages using windows xp. When i purchased a new pc using vista software I found I could longer send a cover page using the HP Solution centre.

After 8 months of complaining to HP they have replaced my 6310 with a 6500 which they promised me would be able to send cover pages using the solution centre.

Well the 6500 arrived today and surprise surprise. I still can't send cover pages!!!!!!!!!!!

So I rang there support centre again and this time the tech support guy finally told me that this is normal and none of there officejets can send cover pages using vista.

My only solution now is a refund of my purchase price and to buy another brand.
