Hi there;

 

I have an eStation C510a. I am trying to scan a document for the first time but it kept saving as a .pdf.  I went through all the instructions and found that I have no .txt, .rtf or .htm extensions listed as options in my save dialogue when setting up to scan to word or any other program options.  Why would this even happen and how can I fix it.  Thanks in advance for any assist.
