OfficeJet J4680 Won't copy!!!

Help!! I'm trying to copy on my printer and it won't print.  I select copy B&W, hit ok, then hit start and all it says on the display is Starting Copying...

 

I've checked all the cords and unplugged it and plugged it back in and nothing heppens!!

 

Please help
