Hi all,
I've only recently tried the copy and scan functions of my OfficeJet Pro 8600 all-in-one. Every scanned document comes up as a page of garbage lines (see attached).
I've tried the re-calibration during a cold boot, attempted a firmware update (already up-to-date), have cleaned all of the glass on the device and have tried every other fix listed on HP's generic scan troubleshooting page.
Any ideas?
Cheers,
--Sean

Nope. Didn't work for me. Plugged right into the wall and the same effect. I guess HP should expect my call when I have the chance.

Hi,
Did you get any progress with that? I'm having exactly the same issue here.
Fernando.

Hello everyone
Has anyone tried updating the firmware yet? Let me know if it helps resolve the issue.
