How can I collate several copies of a printed documents.

I want 1,2,3 etc in each set whereas currently I get multiple page 1's followed page 2's etc.

There is a collate setting under the copy setting but I cannot make it stay on to see if that will solve my problem, it keeps reverting to off

Hi,

You can set it up using Printer properties when sending a print job.

That is only available in certain circumstances, for instance you cannot do it when printing from some software packages, ideally I need a universal solution
