Officejet 7500A running with Windows 7: printer unable to reduce A1 pdf to A3 size

New computer and printer.  The A3 print out includes all of the drawing except the right hand edge (about 2 inches of the drawing are chopped off).  Any advice on how to correct would be appreciated.
