Officejet 8500 a plus scanning from feeder not straight

I have an officejet 8500 a plus with scanning issue. When i am trying to scan any document fro the adf the output doesnt scanned straight. The right side is slightly upper then the left one. No matter which type of paper I put.

This sounds like the pick roller is not pulling evenly or there is something in the path that could be causing this problem. I have linked a document below for the ADF "multi paper pick" issue. Check solution 3 and see if that resolves your issue.
