Officejet Pro 8600 Plus Color Scanning

I just bought an Officejet Pro 8600 Plus and it doesn't scan in color.  There doesn't seem to be a scan setup setting for color scanning.  Does anyone have this same problem?

Use the HP Scan program on your local PC. That offers more options than running a scan from the printer control panel.
