Trying to use "Scan to Computer" option on printer control panel. I have setup and updated the printer with scan options i.e. Document to File, Scan Document Menu, etc through HP Solutions Center. When I initiate a scan with the control panel I keep getting the error message "No Connection - there is no computer connection".
After I get the error, the "Scan to Computer" options i.e. Document ot File disappear and I need to reload them. Not sure if this is related.
Running windows XP, SP 3 on Lenovo laptop. I am connected to the printer wirelessly through D-link router. Everything else on the AIO works. I can scan using Solutions Center - just not through the control panel on the printer.
